GETTING TO THE FESTIVAL
Bike Racks and bike parking is available. Ride the Circuit Trail on Kelly Drive to the event – for more information about the Circuit and look up your event route at connectthecircuit.org.

For the Kick Off at 2pm – input 2140 N 33rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19121. For the Festival Home Base – input 2200 Kelly Drive, Philadelphia, PA 19121 and walk along the Schuylkill River Trail/Kelly Drive in Fairmount Park from the north or the south, when you see the Strawberry Mansion Bridge in the distance you are almost there!
Riding SEPTA to the Festival is only for those participating in the Kick Off Processional at Mander Recreation Center at 2pm. Bus routes 7, 32, 39, 54, and 61 stop nearby. PHLASH shuttles will be provided after the Festival back to Mander Recreation Center and downtown Philadelphia. You cannot take SEPTA to the Festival Home Base at 2200 Kelly Drive.
New this year, INVISIBLE RIVER festival attendees will have access to a FREE return service, provided by the PHLASH. After the event and festival’s conclusion, the PHLASH will bring event attendees back to Mander Recreation Center (33rd and Diamond Streets) and Philadelphia Museum of Art (East Entrance).
The free PHLASH return service will be available after the event and festival’s conclusion on Saturday, August 29, between 6:30 – 9:00 p.m. It will begin at the INVISIBLE RIVER Festival home base, located in the parking lot adjacent to the St. Joseph’s University Boathouse, 2200 Kelly Drive, Philadelphia, PA.
The FREE PHLASH Return Service will loop from the Festival’s home base to designated parking areas approximately every 20 minutes, between 6:30 – 9:00 p.m.
There is no car parking at the Festival Home Base near the Boating Area at 2200 Kelly Drive. If you need to drive, come to the Kick Off at 2pm at Mander Recreation Center at 2140 N 33rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19121, and park your car in this vicinity. PHLASH Shuttles will be provided back to this parking area between 6:30pm–9pm.
There is no car parking at the Festival Home Base at 2200 Kelly Drive.
Otherwise close to the Festival Home Base, the nearest parking lots are the Grandstand on Kelly Drive (map it) (approx. 10–15 minute walk) and the East Falls Parking lot underneath the Twin Bridges (map it) (approx. 20–30 minute walk).
